📭 Orders under 2kg
Default shipping option - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Orders on this service usually arrive within 3 working days from dispatch). You can also select RM Tracked 24 or Parcelforce 24 at the checkout.
🚚 Orders up to 28kg
Default shipping option - Parcelforce 24 (Orders on this service usually arrive within 24 hours from dispatch). For every 28kg, the shipping fee will automatically increase by an increment and this will be displayed at the checkout.
🚛 Orders of 13 boxes or above / 390kg and above
Default shipping option: Pallet Delivery. This default shipping option cannot be changed.
Please note that for Offshore addresses - only 48hr options are available (with the exception of Royal Mail) as unfortunately, our couriers don't do a faster service to Offshore addresses.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The recommended delivery timeframe for international orders is 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday).
To expedite the process, a member of our team will email you regarding your EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) number. However, to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience, we highly recommend that you also contact us directly after placing your order. Simply email us your EORI number and order details, and we'll take care of the rest to swiftly dispatch your products.
Parcel Dispatch:
We entrust renowned courier services such as UPS or DPD to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

We ship to most countries, excluding Ukraine and Russia.
