What are your delivery charges?

Our UK delivery charges (standard shipping services) start from £3.99 to £6.99 and the availability may vary by weight at checkout.

Next Day Priority Service is also available at £9.99. Note: Orders would need to be placed before 12pm (only applicable to Mainland orders).

International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes – these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.

During sales or other busy periods, this turnaround may be extended and we urge you to keep an eye on our social media channels for all updates regarding current turnaround and delivery timeframes. You will receive an email from us once your order has been 'Shipped' with the tracking details.

If you have not received an order update on the 5th working day, kindly get in touch with Customer Support via live chat (available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) or send us an email at support@craftovator.co.uk and the team would be happy to look into your order for you.

What shipping service do you use?

We partner with a range of delivery and courier services, specially selected to provide you with the best possible delivery experience. Smaller UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail, larger parcels will be dispatched via Parcelforce.

For international shipments, either UPS or DPD.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For UK customers, you should receive your order within 10 working days of placing your order. International shipment times can vary but should arrive within 21 working days. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please get in touch.
