Which payment methods do you accept?
When paying online you have a number of options. The easiest and most convenient way to pay online is with PayPal. If you do choose PayPal then you can choose to pay using your PayPal balance or by using your credit or debit card. If you do not have a PayPal account then they are free and easy to set up.
Alternatively, you can also pay directly using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express debit or credit card.
Can I pay by cheque/phone/postal order?
At this moment in time, we are only able to accept payment via PayPal or credit/debit card online and by phone. If you are having difficulty placing your order online, please phone or email us for assistance.
Order Tracking & Updates
Should I receive a confirmation email?
As soon as you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email from us when we have dispatched your item, along with any tracking numbers. That way you are kept fully up to date with the status of your order.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched then you can cancel or change the order. If you do require any changes to be made to the order then it is strongly recommended that you call or email us immediately quoting your order number. That way we will be able to change your order as soon as possible without any additional charges.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer FREE delivery on all mainland UK orders! An express next day delivery option is always available for just £6.95. Please note that free delivery to UK offshore destinations is only applicable for orders under 2kg. Offshore destinations include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles - orders over 2kg to these destinations will incur a charge.
For our international customers, the delivery rate is calculated by weight at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
If you place an order before 1pm Monday-Friday (excl. Public Holidays) then your order will be dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 1pm, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch and your order may be processed the following working day. Please note, we do not process orders on weekends so if you order after 1pm on Friday, your order may not be processed until Monday.
What shipping service do you use?
For UK orders, we ship using Royal Mail 48. For express next day deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for delivery within 24 hours.
For international shipments, either Royal Mail International Priority, Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or international courier services will be used.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For UK customers, you should receive your order within 4 working days of placing your order. International shipment times can vary but should arrive within 10 working days. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please get in touch.
The product page states 'Pre-Order Now' - what does this mean?
The product is currently out of stock and your order will be placed on a pre-order basis - if an estimated release date is not shown, please contact us for the latest update regarding this product.
The product page states 'Expected release date is [x]'
The product is expected to come back in stock on this date and we'll prioritise fulfilling pre-orders as soon as it's available.
I want to order a mixture of in-stock and pre-order products - when will I receive my order?
If the expected release date of pre-ordered products is within 4 weeks of placing your order, the order will be dispatched together with the in-stock products when everything is available. If you would prefer us to dispatch in-stock products separately, please contact us. If there is no expected release date shown, or it is longer than 4 weeks, your order will be dispatched separately - the first parcel with in-stock products will be dispatched as per our usual terms (same day dispatch) and the other products will be dispatched when they become available.
If there is no expected release date shown at the time of order, the in-stock products will be dispatched as per our usual terms (same day dispatch). If an expected release date is shown (regardless of time frame), by default we will wait until those products are available and dispatch the order together. If you would prefer us to dispatch in-stock products separately, please contact us.

Can I return/exchange an item I have ordered?
